Overview

RoxPacer is a race-day pacing app for Hyrox fitness races. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

I take your privacy seriously. RoxPacer is designed to work primarily on-device. Your race data never leaves your device.

What Data RoxPacer Collects

1. Heart Rate Data (HealthKit)

RoxPacer requests access to your heart rate data via Apple HealthKit. This data is used solely to display your live heart rate and estimated heart rate zone during a race on your Apple Watch.

• Heart rate data is read from HealthKit in real time during an active race session
• It is displayed on-screen during the race only
• It is not stored beyond the race session
• It is never transmitted off your device
• It is never shared with any third party

You can revoke HealthKit permission at any time in your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → RoxPacer.

2. Purchase Information (StoreKit)

RoxPacer offers a one-time in-app purchase (Race Mode, $6.99 USD) processed by Apple through StoreKit. RoxPacer does not collect, store, or process any payment or billing information. All payment handling is managed entirely by Apple.

RoxPacer stores a local flag on your device confirming whether the purchase has been completed. This flag never leaves your device.
